HILLSBOROUGH, NJ–Last week, GMC Hoops received information from Princeton Day Boys Basketball head coach, Paris McLean, that the Hillsborough Holiday Tournament will be held on Tuesday, December 29th and Wednesday, December 30th. This includes Freshmen and Junior Varsity tournaments. The following teams will be competing in this year’s tournament: Hillsborough, Princeton Day, Sayreville, and Woodbridge. Below is the schedule (including girls games) for the varsity opening and final, junior varsity opening and final, and freshmen opening and final rounds:

2009 Hillsborough Varsity Holiday Tournament–Opening Round–December 29th

  • Varsity Girls–Steinert vs. Delaware Valley, 12:00 PM–Gym I
  • Varsity Girls–West Windsor-Plainsboro South vs. Hillsborough, 1:30 PM–Gym I
  • Varsity Boys–Woodbridge vs. Sayreville, 3:00 PM–Gym I
  • Varsity Boys–Princeton Day vs. Hillsborough, 4:30 PM–Gym I

GMC Hoops will try to catch at least one of the games from this tournament. The times are different on bracketmaker.com due to a glitch in the software. There is no Freshmen Girls Tournament.
