NEPTUNE, NJ–Last week, GMC Hoops received the results in week six from the 2010 Hoop Group Headquarters Spring League being held at the facility formerly known as Rebounds. Based on these results, the site updated the standings. There are two teams from the GMC in this league: Monroe and South River. The Purple Birds were knocked from the ranks of the unbeaten and into a first place tie as they fell to Neptune while South River remained winless with a loss to Lacey. In the game featured by GMC Hoops, Southern Regional broke away from a very close game in the first half with a 15-2 tear en route to a 78-66 win. Standings for Division A and Division B are below.
