SOUTH AMBOY, NJ–On Wednesday night, GMC Hoops wasn’t able to get out to South Amboy Middle/High School to take in action from the ninth night of contests in the 2010 Raritan Bay Summer League. However, thanks to the cooperation of one of the league’s co-directors, Tom Reilly, the site was able to get the results. Here are the results from all the games. There were four contests on the schedule.
Day Nine Results–June 9, 2010
- 5:30 PM–-7th and 8th Grade Division–St. Matthew’s 35–St. Stan’s 34–St. Stan’s missed two foul shots with 1.4 seconds left in the game.
- 6:30 PM–-5th and 6th Grade Division–Franklin Heat 32–Celtics 24
- 7:30 PM–7th and 8th Grade Division–Carteret Pirates 54–Franklin Park 50–Franklin Park nearly overcame an early 19-4 deficit.
- 8:30 PM–5th and 6th Grade Division–Franklin Park 42–South Amboy 28
GMC Hoops plans to be back out in South Amboy next week.
