Good evening everyone. Finally had the chance to sit down, and put together the results from all the games played on Friday night. The site was over at Bishop Ahr High School to see the Trojans take on New Brunswick in a GMC White Division battle. After a scoreless first half, New Brunswick took a 7-0 lead on a short yardage touchdown in the third. Bishop Ahr rallied back with a touchdown pass, but the extra point was blocked, and the Zebras remained in front, 7-6. NBHS had a chance to score another touchdown after a fine run, and a penalty on the Trojans, but the Zebras shot themselves in the foot, and ended up turning the ball over on downs after a fourth and long pass to the end zone was incomplete. Several plays later, the Trojans scored on a 70 yard pass play, and added a two point conversion for the 14-7 victory. Below are the results from Friday’s games:

GMC Hoops will return to the football beat next Friday night with a game between Woodbridge and East Brunswick.
