East Brunswick’s Joe Ross Out For A While With Recurring Injury

Bears Junior Guard Out At Least A Month With Collapsed Lung

RED BANK, NJ–As reported on our Facebook page, on Friday afternoon over at the 2010 Buc Holiday Classic, GMC Hoops ran into East Brunswick boys basketball head coach, Bo Henning, and learned that the Bears junior guard, Joe Ross, will be out for at least a month with a collapsed lung. He may be even out for the rest of the season. Ross suffered this injury for the fourth time since his freshman year. He was out with it during the pre-season, but had come back, and played well in victories over St. Joseph’s and New Brunswick. However, the injury occurred again. Ross is a two year varsity player at EB, and helped the squad go 20-5 last season with berths in the GMCT and Central Jersey Group IV Elite Eight.
