Here are video highlights from the Red Division Clash between South Brunswick and Sayreville on the opening night of the 2011 football season. The Vikings dominated the contest in terms of total yards and field position, but couldn’t put the ball in the end zone. The game ended up tied at 7-7 at the end of the first half. South Brunswick had a chance to take the lead early in the fourth, but Sayreville forced a turnover on the first play of the quarter. However, the Bombers couldn’t take advantage, and the Vikings ultimately prevailed on a late scamper by Jevon Tyree for the 14-7 victory.
