CARTERET, NJ–On Monday afternoon, GMC Hoops traveled over to Carteret High School to take in the final three periods of the varsity scrimmage, and both quarters of the JV scrimmage between the Ramblers and Bayonne. Carteret made a good showing for themselves playing well in three of the four periods, and actually winning the first quarter by a 13-2 margin. The Rambler reserves played the entire fourth period, and the Bayonne Bees, which won three of the four quarters, took advantage with a 34-6 surge to win overall, 64-42. Below is the play-by-play from the final three quarters of the varsity scrimmage.
First Quarter
