GMC Hoops Highlights–December 29, 2011–Spotswood vs. Bound Brook–Crusader Classic Championship

Here are video highlights from the second half of action in the 2011 Bound Brook Crusader Classic. After Spotswood dominated much of the first half for a 38-22 lead, Bound Brook got two free throws with three seconds to go before halftime by Tyjohn Young to spark a 25-9 surge to tie the game at 47-47 at the end of three quarters. Ricky Holliday (19 points) and Isaiah Williams combined to hit three treys to cap the run and knot the game up.

However, in the fourth quarter, the Chargers outscored the Crusaders by a margin of 21-13 including an 8-3 spurt to end the game for a 68-60 win. Tournament MVP Tommy Soulias led the way with a game high 24 points. Jamal Lewis chipped in with 15 points while Jake Dadika added 10 for the winners. The win marked the third time in the past four years that Spotswood has won the Crusader Classic.
