Here are video highlights from Timothy Christian’s 59-51 victory on the road at Dunellen in a key Gold Division Clash. The Tigers got 21 points from senior guard Dan Decker, who increased his career point total to 859 points while teammate Kristian Svendsen added 13 for a career total of 1,095 points.
Decker scored 16 of his points and netted four of his five three pointers on the night in the first half when TCS turned a 12-9 late first quarter deficit into a 28-17 halftime lead. Three of those treys came in the decisive second quarter and the final triple came to open the second half scoring.
Brandon Summers chipped in for the winners with 8 points including 6 in the third quarter when the Tigers increased their lead to 39-19. Sean Gibney had a game high 18 points while Dylan Hoski chipped in with 14 and Deon Brown added 13 in a losing cause for Dunellen.
