For the third time this season, North Brunswick defeated New Brunswick by a single digit margin.
The Zebras held a 44-39 lead with 2:25 left when the Raiders went on a 9-0 run sparked by a three pointer from senior guard Dion Rogers, who scored 7 points and swiped a steal during the run. After a putback by Chance Gadsden tied the game at 44-44 with two minutes left, Rogers gave North Brunswick the lead for good with a jumper in the paint at the 1:35 mark. Rogers, who scored 22 points in the game, then sealed the victory with two free throws at the 10.3 second mark.
