Tourney Being Run At Edison HS This Year
ISELIN, NJ–On Thursday, GMC Hoops learned that the 2012 Gene Haley Memorial Tournament will be run at Edison High School this year with two teams from the Greater Middlesex Conference (Edison, J.F. Kennedy) participating in the event. The other two schools competing in the tourney are: Warren Hills of the Skyland Conference and Mater Dei of the Shore Conference. Last year’s tournament winner, Carteret is not competing in this year’s tourney. The first round of the tourney will be held on December 27th and the final round on December 28th. Below is the schedule of games for the two days:

- Mater Dei vs. Edison, 12:30 PM
2012 Gene Haley Memorial Tournament–Day Two–December 28th
- Consolation: Warren Hills-J.F. Kennedy loser vs. Mater Dei-Edison loser, 11:00 AM
- Championship: Warren Hills-J.F. Kennedy winner vs. Mater Dei-Edison winner, 12:30 PM
GMC Hoops plans to cover at least one game from this tournament.
