Monroe and Spotswood Start Off Season With Wins
MONROE, NJ–The first week of action is in the books at the Monroe Sports Center Fall League, and two Greater Middlesex Conference teams are tied with five other teams for first place at 1-0. Monroe and Spotswood got wins in their season openers over Robbinsville and New Egypt respectively. South Brunswick was idle along with three other teams while J.F. Kennedy and East Brunswick lost on opening night. Below are the standings as of the end of play on Thursday night:
