Wardlaw Gets Tough Draw with Mercer County Power, Notre Dame in 1st Round
HILLSIDE, NJ–On Wednesday, GMC Hoops received the schedule for the 2013 Joe Silver Holiday Tournament at Hillside High School. Wardlaw-Hartridge is the lone school representing the Greater Middlesex Conference in this tourney, and it has a tough task ahead of them with a loaded field that includes first round opponent Notre Dame of Lawrenceville, which is coached by former Monroe head coach Bob Turco. Other teams in this tournament include: Asbury Park, Hillside, Irvington, North 13th Street Tech, Prestige Prep, and Randolph. This is the first time in a number of years that this tournament will not be a round-robin. Below is the schedule for all three days:
