GMC Hoops Game Notes–#5 South Brunswick @ #9 Perth Amboy–Red Division Clash–February 3, 2015

PERTH AMBOY, NJ–On Tuesday night, GMC Hoops braved the frigid temperatures to travel over to Perth Amboy High School to see the 9th ranked Panthers take on 5th ranked South Brunswick in a GMC Red Clash. Trailing 28-20 after a three by SB’s Ryan Moran, Perth Amboy limited South Brunswick to just one field goal over the last 11:45 and put together a decisive 17-3 tear to take a 37-31 lead and hung on for the 37-34 victory. First Quarter

5:43 left in the first quarter and Amboy calls 30 second timeout after SB takes a 7-2 lead on a three by Sean Nally and a reverse layup by Jaier Garrett.

1:49 left in the first quarter and SB now leads 12-7 on a three and a drive to the left lane for a bank shot by Eric Savage.
