BASKING RIDGE, NJ–On Thursday afternoon, GMC Hoops took in a contest from the 2015 Bridgewater-Raritan Summer League at Ridge High School. Â East Brunswick was in action in one of the two games during the 5:00 PM hour. Â The Bears took on Rutgers Prep, a team that they had defeated in a state tourney tune-up at the end of last season on February 27th at EBHS. Â This time, EB got four first half three pointers from Joe Sampson, and then opened the second half with a 12-3 tear to take a 34-22 lead before hanging on for a 43-38 victory.
