Here are highlights from the action in the non-conference game between East Brunswick Tech and Calvary Christian of Old Bridge. East Brunswick Tech was one of three GMC teams in action two days before Christmas as they hosted the Lions of Calvary. The Tigers fell behind by 10 early (15-5) over the first quarter and a half of the contest, but then outscored the Lions by a 26-9 margin the rest of the way including a 13-5 tear over the final 10 minutes to come away with a 31-24 victory. Senior Noah Westbrook led the charge with all 11 of his points in the second half while Mason Settembre added 7 points including two threes. Big man, Enudy Jimenez chipped in with 6 points, which also all came in the second half. Tim Jackson led Calvary with 10 points while Nate Barnes and Steven Cato chipped in with 4 apiece.
