Here is a slideshow of photos from the action in the contest between Rahway and Carteret in the 2016 Eric LeGrand Classic. Rahway broke away from a 10-10 tie late in the first with an 8-2 run for an 18-12 lead. The Indians scored the first points of the 2nd before Carteret rallied with a 9-2 spurt capped by a three from Kahir Raymond to close the gap to 22-19 and trailed 30-25 at the half. The Ramblers then took control in the third with a 13-6 tear including 6 points from junior forward Jemar Jordan to take a 38-36 lead. However, Rahway limited CHS to just two field goals in the fourth en route to a 20-9 showing for a 56-47 victory. Jordan led Carteret with 16 points while football standout Angelo Golino chipped in with 7.
