Here are highlights from the action Roselle Catholic’s win over Middlesex in the opening round of the 2016 Colonia JV Summer League Playoffs.
For about the first five minutes of the game, the Junior Jays of Middlesex managed to stay competitive with the Junior Lions of RC. By hitting several threes, Middlesex actually managed to take a 9-8 lead with 15:24 remaining in the opening half.
However, Roselle Catholic was able to eventually assert its will with a 31-2 surge to end the first half for a 39-11 halftime lead, and went on to win easily 62-21.
