2016 Rahway Summer League–Final Regular Season Standings

J.P. Stevens Earns Top Seed With First Place Finish; Edison Finishes 2nd

RAHWAY, NJ–On Tuesday night, regular season play concluded at the 2016 Rahway Summer League with four games at Rahway High School. J.P. Stevens, Rahway, Scotch Plains, and Johnson Regional all came up winners. The Hawks wrapped up first place and a top seed in the playoffs with a 42-33 win over Carteret while Rahway downed Roselle to earn a fourth place finish, and Scotch Plains defeated J.F. Kennedy to seal the third seed. Below are the final regular season standings at Rahway:

J.P. Stevens is the defending league champion. Edison won its last 7 games to qualify for the playoffs after starting the summer at 0-3 including a close loss to Perth Amboy Tech on June 28th (34-32). Scotch Plains gave Stevens it only loss of the summer. Rahway lost to Stevens in last year’s Championship.
