Carteret, Edison, and Old Bridge Representing GMC for 3rd Straight Year at Matawan
MATAWAN, NJ–On Friday night, GMC Hoops obtained the schedule for the 2016 Huskies Holiday Classic taking place at Matawan High School. Eight teams are competing in this year’s tourney including three from the GMC: Carteret, Edison, and Old Bridge.
Edison and Old Bridge will play each other in the opening round. Old Bridge won the tourney last year. The tourney will take place over three days: Tuesday, December 27th, Wednesday, December 28th, and Friday, December 30th. Below is the schedule for this year’s tournament:

- Edison vs. Old Bridge, 12:00 PM
- Union vs. Manalapan, 1:45 PM
- Tottenville (S.I.) vs. Ocean Township, 3:30 PM
- Carteret vs. Matawan, 5:15 PM

- Consolation: Edison vs. Tottenville–7th Place Game, 12:00 PM
- Consolation: Carteret vs. Manalapan–5th Place Game, 1:45 PM
- Consolation: Union Township vs. Matawan–3rd Place Game, 3:30 PM
- Championship: Ocean Township vs. Old Bridge, 5:15 PM
