SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The fifth week of the 2022-23 GMC boys basketball season is in the books, and there has been some more shuffling of the deck in the second 2023 edition of the GMC Hoops Top Ten. After winning all four of its games including a victory over GMC Blue Rival, Spotswood, and a Non-Conference win over Wayne Valley of the Big North Conference, South River climbs back up to the No. 2 spot. The Rams were helped by a St. Joseph’s win at Colonia that moved the Falcons back up to No. 3. Current records in parenthesis.
