Here are highlights from the action in top seeded St. Joseph’s victory over Woodbridge in the 2016 Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Semifinals at South Brunswick High School. St. Joseph’s jumped out to a 15-5 first quarter led, and then went on a 20-7 tear in the second for a 35-12 halftime advantage before coasting to a 66-33 victory over the Barrons. Tyus Battle led Joes with 21 points while Bree Tyree added a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Alanzo Frink chipped in with a double-double of 10 points and 11 boards. Harry Rutkowski led Woodbridge with 13 points while Keshaun Henry chipped in with 11 in a losing cause.
