Here are video highlights from the second half and overtime of the 2012 Non-Public A South State Tournament Semifinals between fourth seeded Bishop Eustace and top seeded St. Joseph’s. Karim Awad scored 6 of his 12 points in overtime as the Falcons outscored Eustace by a 12-2 margin for the 71-61 win.
St. Joe’s, which missed its last four free throws in regulation, made 10 of 12 from the charity stripe in the extra session. Quenton DeCosey led all scorers with a game high 36 points for St. Joseph’s while Bishop Eustace was led by Carson Puriefoy with 34 points. Karl Towns chipped in also for the Falcons with a double-double of 14 points and 10 boards while Sho DaSilva added 16 in a losing cause for the Crusaders.
