NEPTUNE, NJ–Nearly two weeks ago, the Hoop Group Summer Showcase took place at the Hoop Group Headquarters, formerly known as Rebounds. Formerly known as the Metro Classic, or HBC, this tournament took place during the weekend of June 19th and 20th. There were 32 teams competing in this event from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Two teams from the GMC, St. Joseph’s and Piscataway, partcipated in the event.
