Quiet Start To Week Three Of Hoops Season

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ–The new year and week three of the GMC Hoops basketball season starts off quietly with only two games on the schedule. While there were showcase games played at Teaneck and Rider University, and left over holiday tournament games played in Monmouth and Ocean counties yesterday, things were relatively quiet across Middlesex County.

The only game involving GMC teams was between Woodbridge and Old Bridge in a consolation game from the 2010 Buc Holiday Classic. Meanwhile, today’s action starts at 4:00 PM with East Brunswick Tech traveling over to Morris Tech. The other game today is between Bishop Ahr and Colonia at 6:00 PM at CHS. Action picks up in earnest on Tuesday and Wednesday with division and conference games resuming.
