LINDEN, NJ–On Wednesday, GMC Hoops learned that the Linden Summer League is still looking for one more team to compete in its annual summer league. There are usually two divisions that compete in games from Monday to Thursday each week starting at the end of June and the beginning of July.
One division plays games on Monday and Wednesday nights while the other plays on Tuesday and Thursday nights. After the regular season, the teams will compete in a playoff. Prior to the regular season, there will be games played as part of a Referee Camp. GMC teams that competed in this league last year included: Cardinal McCarrick, Colonia, East Brunswick, New Brunswick, and St. Joseph’s.
