MONROE, NJ–In the other 8:00 PM game, the Mustangs of J.F. Kennedy took on the Caseys of Red Bank Catholic and the Shore Conference. JFK did lose quite a bit to graduation with the departures of Steve Alvarez, Josh Kamenas, Vik Pawar, and Shabas Clarke, but still have some talent returning with Kyle Alvarez, Zach Buchholz, Darrin Perez, Mike Weinstein, and Joe Duffy. The Mustangs jumped out to a 20-9 first half lead, and never looked back in an impressive 47-26 win over RBC. Below are some notes from the contest.
