PERTH AMBOY, NJ–After watching South Plainfield and Spotswood go at it in a Blue Division season opener, GMC Hoops scrambled again over to Perth Amboy High School, and managed to catch the final 8:41 of the contest between the Panthers and Old Bridge. The Knights, led by Sultan Aminu and Tyler Drews were already ahead by a score of 36-25 with 41 seconds to go in the period when they pulled away even more with a 19-11 finish as Aminu (11 points) and Drews (6 points) combined to score 17 of the 19 points for a 55-36 victory.
