EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ–On Thursday night, GMC Hoops headed over to East Brunswick High School following the Championship doubleheader in the 2013 Perth Amboy/GMC Freshmen Tournament to see the remainder of the second semifinal between 9th seeded Immaculata of Somerville, and 4th seeded East Brunswick in the EB JV Tournament. The Junior Bears jumped out to a 29-13 lead late in the first half, and didn’t look back in a 65-42 victory over the Junior Spartans. The win gave EB JV head coach, Mark Motusesky his third straight finals appearance. Below are game notes from the final 17:23 of the contest.
