Sayreville Downs Neptune
NEPTUNE, NJ–On Monday night, GMC Hoops traveled over to the Hoop Group Headquarters to take in the seventh week of action at the 2013 Fall League there. Both Old Bridge and Sayreville were in action with the Bombers playing during the 9:00 PM hour. Sayreville was squaring off against Neptune. The Knights jumped out to a 9-5 lead, and led by as many as six in the first half before taking a 23-19 halftime lead. In the second half, Sayreville went on a 15-7 tear midway through the period for a 52-38 lead at the 6:28 mark before hanging on for the 60-56 win. Below are scores from four of the games played:
