Here are highlights from the action between Piscataway Tech and Summit in the opening round of the Hilltoppers Holiday Tournament in Summit. Leading by only a 5-4 margin, Summit scored six unanswered points to take a seven point lead, and eventually led 13-6 after one. Then, the home team opened up the second with an 11-6 run to take a 24-12 lead en route to a 27-13 lead at the half. P-Way Tech managed to get within 9 points on a couple of occasions in the third, but still ended up trailing 34-21 after three, and then by as much as 18 points in the fourth before Summit came away with the 48-32 victory. Rob Walsh and Mac Weisner led Summit with a game high 13 points while Matt Fischetti chipped in with 11. Inderpaul Pinghila led P-Way Tech in a losing cause with 12 points while Jordan Lackey added 11.
