Falcons Improve to 4-2 With Victory

SOMERVILLE, NJ–On Sunday night, St. Joseph’s played a rare 6:00 PM game at the Immaculata Fall League against the host school Spartans. The game had been originally scheduled for 1:00 PM, but was rescheduled last week along with several other games. Led by Breein Tyree, the Falcons were able to jump out to a double digit lead against Immaculata, and led 50-34 with 1:15 left. St. Joseph’s then got two free throws in the final 30 seconds of play to round out the 52-34 victory. Also contributing in the Falcons win were: Mike Granda, Bryce Layne, Bryan Carley, and Deladem Adadevoh. With the victory, St. Joseph’s improves to 4-2 on the fall while Immaculata, which had been in a four way tie for second place, dropped to 4-2.
