Here is a slideshow of photos taken from the action between St. Joseph’s and Linden in a 2014 pre-season scrimmage. For the first time since these two teams met in the 2014 NJSIAA Tournament of Champions semifinals, the Falcons and Tigers battled on Phil Colicchio Court at Linden High School. The Tigers won 2 of the 3 periods thanks to strong starts in the first and second periods. Joes remained competitive though by battling back in each one of those frames while winning the third and final period. Breein Tyree led the way for the Falcons with help from Marcus Ashamole and Mikey Granda, who netted three foul shots to help Joes win the final period.
