Here are highlights from the action between St. Joseph’s-White and South Brunswick in the GMC Hoops Freshmen Game of the Week. In the first GMC Hoops Freshmen Game of the Week between St. Joseph’s-White and South Brunswick, the Freshmen Falcons overcame an 11-6 first quarter deficit, and a 20-17 deficit late in the second period, and put together a 15-7 spurt over the first 11:03 of the second half to take a 34-27 advantage with just under five minutes to play, and then held off a late charge by South Brunswick to come away with a hard fought 36-34 victory. Dan Young led the Little Falcons with a team high 12 points while Jon Lanzalotto led South Brunswick in a losing cause with a game high 16 points.
