UNION, NJ–On Wednesday night, GMC Hoops traveled over to Harwood Arena on the main campus of Kean University to take in the sixth night of action from the 2015 Kean Spring League. Â Once again, the Sayreville Bombers, the only school from the Greater Middlesex Conference in the league, were in action as they faced Watchung Hills of the Skyland Conference. Â In a low scoring game, Sayreville overcame a 22-14 early second half deficit with a 12-1 tear highlighted by six straight points including a dunk by Jahsim Floyd for a 26-23 lead. Â Then, the Bombers got clutch three pointers from Mitchell Strandberg and Zach Alessi to lengthen the lead to 39-33 lead before winning 39-35. Â Below are game notes from the action:
