Here is a slideshow of photos taken from the action in Perth Amboy’s victory over St. Joseph’s in the 2015 Colonia JV Summer League semifinals. In the second game of the Colonia JV Summer League Playoff tripleheader at CHS, Perth Amboy took on St. Joseph’s in a battle of two GMC Red teams. Perth Amboy got off to a quick start by taking a 14-2 lead over the first 6:03 thanks in part to two threes by Luis Bonilla. Adam Gornowicz also starred along with Dario Demoria as the Panthers took a 24-20 lead at the half, and opened the second half on a 16-7 spurt to take a 40-27 lead before Matt Panganiban helped fuel an 11-5 rally with a three and a steal for a layup to close the gap to 45-38. St. Joseph’s couldn’t get any closer though as the Junior Panthers hung on for the 49-40 victory.
