Falcons to take on 2013 ESPN NHSI National Champion Montverde Academy
UNION, NJ–A week after playing a school from North Carolina in the 2014 Prime Time Shootout, St. Joseph’s will be taking on another national powerhouse when it competes in the 2014 Metro Classic at Kean University over the weekend of February 15-16. The Falcons will be taking on Montverde Academy of Florida, which is coached by former St. Patrick’s head coach, Kevin Boyle, is coming off an ESPN NHSI National Championship last April.
Other New Jersey teams scheduled to participate include: Roselle Catholic, the Patrick School, St. Benedict’s, St. Peter’s Prep, Hudson Catholic, Life Center, and Pope John XXIII. There will also be a girls game between Point Pleasant Beach and Governor Livingston. Below is a preliminary schedule of matchups. Dates and times are to be determined:
