Here are highlights of the action between third seeded Team Nation and the second seeded Howell Hurricanes in the semifinal round of the HS South Division playoffs in the 2014 MJBL Spring League at the Monroe Sports Center. Team Nation jumped out to a 17-7 lead and then got three pointers from North Brunswick’s Francis Omowole and St. Joseph’s Mike Granda to take a 24-9 lead. After leading 27-15 at the half, and giving up the first points of the second half, eam Nation went scored 19 of the next 26 points to take a commanding 46-24 lead en route to a 52-27 victory. Woodbridge’s Quassim Glover netted a trey and added a layup to highlight a 19-7 spurt to break the game open in the second half.
